The 2012 edition of “The World’s Brightest Advent Calendar” was a huge success, attracting almost 10,000 readers in more than 50 countries.

Each day from December 1st to December 24th a new “door” was opened. Behind each door readers could learn about what top management gurus – much brighter than myself – have to say about change. This theme was chosen because change is not only inevitable – it also happens at an accelerated rate today. So why not be prepared – or even: Make change happen instead of waiting for it to happen?
